The format will be a public auction. Send all bids to me in electronic mail to hermit@bayview.com. I will try to set up a WWW interface to submit bids and check on the current highest bid, but for now stick to e-mail. I will post progress reports approximately every week to report the current bidding status. RULES OF THE AUCTION - SUGGESTED BID IS *NOT* A MINIMUM BID; I will accept the highest bid over that amount, or if all bids are below it, I *may* choose to accept the highest bid. If you think my prices are too high; bid anyway, and you might just get it after all. However there is a MINIMUM PURCHASE OF $10, just to make it worth my time to package and mail. If you are technically minded, you can build such a device. Check out some of the FTP sites for more info. If not, just call CMD and order one. If you don't have a 9pin-25pin modem cable, you will also need to pick one of those up (CMD sells them, as does just about any local PC reseller).
